Last year we had an opportunity to take a long weekend in the English countryside – and since unplanned car trips are our favorite kind of trips …

Our first stop was Stratford-upon-Avon, of Shakespearean fame. We had no agenda … no map or guidebooks – but we had our feet, our cameras and our appetite!
