Il Tempo Vola

Time Flies

Things have been absolutely crazy – I’m actually dying to get caught up on some blog postings, but it’s very possible that it’ll take me another week to do that.

We’ve definitely been making the most of being in Europe lately, we’ve been travelling around a lot. We have lots of pictures, which I’m hoping to post in the next few weeks.

Tomorrow the rest of our belongings are scheduled to arrive – here’s hoping that it’s all there! It should be interesting. Remember that tiny elevator that Ryan almost got us trapped in? That is the only elevator in the building. There’s no service elevator. The moving company came by last week to survey our apartment to figure out how they will bring our stuff in. They quickly decided that the elevator was too small (they’re not allowed to use it anyway). Unfortunately the second best option was ruled out as well. Apparently the moving companies often use cranes and deliver furniture through the window – but there are too many trees around our building, so they’re out of luck there. So … they will be carrying all of our belongings up 5 flights of stairs. Ouch. We’ve stocked up on food and water … I’ll let you know how it goes in a few days. :)
